Fees

An accompanying person can join the conference or the summer school dinner for 80 € each.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (22 %).

The fee includes lunch and refreshments during the breaks, the welcome conference reception and the conference / summer school dinner. Summer school attendees also receive the full source code of the courses they attend.

How to register

Registration is open. The link below takes you to our conference management system.

The summer school accepts up to 15 attendees per track, on a first-come, first-served basis, so tracks can fill well before the registration deadline.

Deadlines

Early-bird registration closes on 15 April 2027, and registration closes on 4 June 2027. For an accepted contribution to appear in the conference programme, at least one of its authors needs to be registered. The important dates page lists the full schedule.

Payment and invoicing

The registration form does not take payment. You pay afterwards, by credit card in the University of Ljubljana web store. Quote the registration reference the form gives you, so we can match the payment to it. Our accounting department issues the invoice within a few business days, made out to the billing details you enter at the web store checkout.

VAT-registered businesses in the EU and participants outside the EU may be exempt from Slovenian VAT under the reverse-charge or export-of-services rules; the invoice will reflect this where it applies.
